Utilizing advanced program technologies is an integral part of doing business for Leonard’s Services. Customized programs are in place to allow every department to access accurate, timely information to keep projects moving forward.

RFMS Operational System

The next step from the NHMS system would be the RFMS—Resource & Financial Management System operational modules. Through this program, accurate information is available to assist our internal departments in purchasing, managing inventory, documenting order entry, tracking orders, and scheduling installations.

NHMS System

Our Design Division is able to coordinate homebuyer selections utilizing the New Home Management Selector module of the RFMS system. This program is state-of-the-art in allowing designers to input all homebuyers’ selections at the time of the design appointment, and can even generate a color-coded flooring diagram for the homebuyer to take with them. The NHMS data is the central access point for every internal department that needs to touch that project–including purchasing, scheduling, design center operations, and customer service. The information collected by the designer is electronically transferred to the operational modules of RFMS. It is our goal to give each homebuyer a unique and seamless experience in choosing their flooring, window coverings, cabinetry, and countertop materials—from concept to completion.

Measure System

Every project begins with the Measure System, which either takes electronic plans or converts manual plans to electronic format, in order to calculate material quantities needed for each installation, whether floors, walls, or countertops. This system computes the exact information needed for a successful installation and then electronically transmits it to either NHMS or the operational modules of RFMS.


Leonard’s Services has implemented one of the hottest new property management programs available: MeasureConnect. This custom-tailored program allows Leonard’s to pre-load unit floor plans for specific projects and keeps them on file electronically. Property Managers are assigned a password to access and place orders directly with Leonard’s on line, any time day or night. This is a point-and-click ordering process that eliminates the need for paperwork and streamlines flooring and countertop replacement projects for the professional property manager.
